Polish Plastic Translation Cards

Our allergy Translation Cards are designed to make dining safer and easier for individuals with food allergies. Each set of translation cards includes important messages in your chosen language to communicate crucial allergy information. These cards feature:

• An 'allergen list' to clearly communicate your specific allergens.
• An 'emergency message' instructing others to call for an ambulance in case of a severe allergic reaction.
• A 'message for use in restaurants' helps to guide restaurant staff when preparing allergen-free meals.

Please note that each set of Translation Cards can accommodate up to SEVEN allergens for effective communication.

Allergens listed on our cards will be in alphabetical order.

Postage and delivery

Once your order is confirmed, our dedicated Helpline team will send out your translation cards using Royal Mail, completely free of charge.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery.

All translations have been obtained and checked by a professional translation company. The cards are correct at the time of printing and Allergy UK cannot accept any responsibility for any matters arising from the use of these cards.
