Allergy Restaurant Card - English

Our Allergy Restaurant Card is designed to help you communicate your food allergies clearly and confidently when dining out.

This durable, double-sided card is in English only and provides essential information for both everyday dining and emergency situations:

• Restaurant Notice (Front): Clearly lists the allergens you need to avoid, helping restaurant staff prepare your food safely.
• Emergency Message (Back): Provides clear instructions to call an ambulance and explains that you may be experiencing anaphylaxis, ensuring fast and appropriate action in an emergency.

The card can include up to seven allergens, displayed in alphabetical order for clarity and ease of use.

Postage and delivery

Once your order is confirmed, our dedicated Helpline team will send out your restaurant card using Royal Mail, completely free of charge.
